Overview
The SSZ series dual voltage electromagnetic power-off braking device consists of a dual voltage rectifier and a dual voltage electromagnetic power-off brake, mainly used as the braking component of the YEJ series electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor produced domestically. Our company adopts brake specific design software for optimization design, which makes this product have the advantages of high suction, fast braking, small size, light weight, low energy consumption, and strong reliability. It can be widely used in transmission machinery such as construction, textile, metallurgy, chemical, food, machine tools, packaging, etc.
Working principle and application
Working principle: Dual voltage electromagnetic power-off brake, mainly composed of magnetic yoke, excitation coil, armature, hollow bolt, spring, brake component, spline shaft sleeve, handle release device, installation screw, etc. (see product schematic diagram). When the brake is powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field force that causes the armature to overcome the spring force and engage with the magnetic yoke, allowing the brake component to be released and rotate with the shaft. When the brake is powered off, the magnetic flux disappears, and the armature presses the brake component under the pushing force of the spring, thereby generating a braking torque and braking the transmission shaft through the spline sleeve.
Manual adjustment:
In the power-off state, the release device can be released by pulling the handle or tightening the release screw, so that the armature overcomes the spring force and moves towards the magnetic yoke to release the brake component. At this time, the transmission shaft can be rotated freely.
The use of brakes:
First loosen the hollow bolt, then tighten the installation screw to ensure that the gap between the armature and the magnetic yoke reaches the specified value, and finally tighten the hollow bolt to make it press against the installation surface.
