2 ZWC □ -40.5/L1600A-31.5 type open combination electrical apparatus structure and working principle
2.1 This product is an outdoor product and can also be used outdoors. The environmental conditions for use are as follows
a. Altitude: not exceeding 2000 meters (special orders are not limited)
b. Environmental temperature: -40 ℃ -+40 ℃
c. Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90% (25 ℃)

3.3 Current Transformer
0.5 (0.2) level current transformers can be used for measurement and have passed the measurement review. The protective transformer can provide signals for the secondary protection part.
1) Each circuit breaker can be equipped with 3-12 bushing type current transformers (hereinafter referred to as "transformers"), with 1-4 installed under each phase fracture. The winding is immersed in sulfur hexafluoride gas, and the conductive rod and lower support are the primary circuit. The transformer itself only has a circular iron core and a secondary circuit. The secondary circuit output is led to the outside through a well sealed terminal block. The terminal block and the connecting wire to the mechanism box are protected by a cover and steel pipe to prevent direct contact with the atmospheric environment.
2) There are two types of transformers: LR-35, for measurement purposes. LRB-35 type, with a rating of 10P, is used for ordinary protection or differential protection. Each specification has four connectors, which can obtain three current ratios. All output lines of the transformer are led to the panel inside the mechanism box, and users can easily change the current ratio. The technical parameters of the current transformer are shown in Table 3. If they exceed the requirements in the table, the user can negotiate with the manufacturer.
3) When the rated current exceeds 1600A, built-in current transformers cannot be installed.
4) The model and specifications of the transformer attached to the circuit breaker, the current ratio, and the tap connection are determined by the user according to their needs. Each unit is allocated according to the purchase contract when the product leaves the factory.
5) Arrangement of transformers in circuit breakers
The conduction of the transformer is introduced into the wiring board of the mechanism box through a good wiring board, with a wire area of 2.5mm2
