The YHHPY series disc brake motor is a new type of closed, self cooling asynchronous motor. This machine has the advantages of advanced technical performance, novel structure, compact size, small volume, short axial dimension, large braking torque, fast braking, accurate positioning, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national machinery industry standards JB/T-6222-92 and JB5317.3. The difference in motor speed for building baskets is within 3 ‰. The motor used for lifting and hoisting complies with the national standards for the lifting and transportation industry. Application of YHHPY series disc brake motor
The three-phase disc brake asynchronous motor is suitable for various mechanical applications such as frequent starting, load holding, emergency braking, and accurate positioning, and is used as the main and auxiliary transmission. This machine is an ideal supporting equipment for lifting machinery, forging machines, construction machinery, textile machinery, printing machinery, woodworking machinery, automatic packaging machinery, shredding machinery and reducers, fans, pumps and other machinery.
product structure

The structure of a three-phase disc brake asynchronous motor is different from that of a traditional three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor. Its stator and rotor are composed of two disc-shaped iron cores, and the air gap magnetic field is axial. Additionally, a disc-shaped brake device is attached to the rotor end face. This type of motor is equipped with a manual brake clutch braking device. This type of motor is equipped with two types: manual brake clutch and non manual clutch, and adopts a flange installation method. This type of motor has the functions of rapid starting and instantaneous braking when power is cut off. The brake pads are made of WS-156 asbestos free friction material, and do not require adjustment for 100000 braking cycles.
