Classification of rectifiers
1. The BL series rectifier is a regular rectifier. When controlling the switch on the AC side of the rectifier, the magnetic field attenuation is slow because the generated voltage during motor deceleration is added to the motor terminals, resulting in a very long delay in response time. When controlling the switch on the DC side of the rectifier, the energy of the magnetic field is absorbed by the rectifier, resulting in a faster delayed response time than when switching on the AC side.
2. The BLK series rectifier is a fast braking rectifier. When controlling the switch on the AC side of the rectifier, rapid response of the brake can be achieved.
Appearance and wiring
When the BL series rectifier needs to cooperate with fast braking, connect the "yellow" and "green" wires to the normally open point of the contactor. When the brake motor allows for slower braking speed, the "yellow" and "green" wires can be directly short circuited.
