The YBK2 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is a specialized motor designed for mining face machinery in coal mines. The machine base is formed by welding steel plates, and the fan cover, junction box, and insulation structure are reinforced. It is mainly used in harsh working environments in coal mines.
The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d ", and is made into an explosion-proof ExdI. Suitable for hazardous areas where explosive mixtures of methane or coal dust exist.
Except for special requirements for the base, fan cover, and junction box, this series of motors have the same electrical performance, installation dimensions, rated power, etc. as YB2 series motors.
