The LQR-D type intermediate converter is a double winding structure, suitable for bus differential protection and transformer differential protection in power systems. It can effectively compensate for unbalanced currents caused by different current ratios of current transformers, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the protection device. The LQR-D type intermediate converter belongs to a decentralized configuration structure (i.e. a group of current transformers are separately configured with a group of intermediate converters according to the required current ratio).
