Structure and Characteristics
This type of voltage transformer consists of four parts: oil tank, porcelain sleeve, body, and transformer oil. It has an oil tank structure, and the iron core is made of high-quality strip silicon steel sheets stacked into a three column shell. The winding is placed on the iron core to form the body, which is fixed in the oil tank after vacuum drying treatment. The output terminals of the primary winding, secondary winding, and remaining winding are respectively led out from the oil tank cover with high-voltage large and small porcelain bushings. The lower part of the fuel tank is equipped with an oil valve and grounding bolt. The upper part of the product is equipped with an oil storage tank, which contains capsules to effectively isolate the transformer oil from the atmosphere and slow down the aging rate of the transformer oil.
