QTIB linkage console

1、 Purpose:
The DQT-A, B, C, D, E series format crane linkage control console is mainly used for converting control circuits in the power transmission devices of cranes with AC 50-60 Hz, 380-480 V and below, and DC 220 V and below.

2、 Operating principle:
1. When operating DQT-A, B, C, D, and E linkage control, due to the self-locking device on the linkage platform, it is necessary to lift the bottom of the hemispherical handle upwards to the end, so that it can be freely operated in front, back, left, and right according to the drawing requirements, or operated in a 45 ° linkage. If self-locking is not required, raise the bottom of the handle to the end and turn it clockwise by 45 °. When the linkage table is operated in front, back, left, and right directions, the gear transmission mechanism drives the gear shaft to close the corresponding contacts.
2. Various possibilities can be installed on the linkage console panel according to the system requirements, such as indicator lights, buttons, etc.

3、 QTIB linkage console performance and technical parameters:
1. Normal working conditions:
(1) The ambient air temperature is -25 ℃ -40 ℃, and the average value within 24 hours does not exceed+35 ℃.
(2) The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.
(3) The relative temperature of the air at the installation location should not exceed 50% at a higher temperature of+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, higher relative temperatures are allowed, with the average lowest temperature of the month with the highest humidity not exceeding+25 ℃, and the average maximum relative temperature of the month not exceeding 90%.

2. Main technical parameters
(1) The rated current of the linkage console is 2.6-3.6A when the AC frequency is 50-60Hz and the rated voltage is 380-480V. The rated working current is 0.2-0.4A when the DC voltage is 120-220V

(3) The linkage console is suitable for 8-hour working system and anti duplication short-time working system. Its anti short-time working system has a power on duration of 40%, a rated operating frequency of 600 times/hour, and is operated by a handle.

5、 Precautions for use and maintenance:
1. Before using the linkage, carefully check whether the circuit and electrical schematic are consistent
2. The operator must lift the self-locking lever with their fingers before operating.
3. Generally, the contacts of the linkage table should be cleaned once a year, and alcohol or cotton can be used to scrub the heads during cleaning.
