FP93 Programmable 40 Segment 0.3L PID Regulator

FP93 has 4 sets of curves, each with 10 segments, and can also have a maximum of 40 segments per set, with a maximum duration of 99 minutes and 59 seconds or 99 hours and 59 minutes per segment. The program can perform 9999 large cycles. When there is a power outage on site, the program can continue running from the breakpoint, and the parameters during operation can also be modified. Compared with the Island Power FP21, there is only a difference in accuracy and LCD window.

The non overshoot expert PID algorithm with 6 sets of island power patents also includes 6 independent output limiting parameters and 6 independent anti overshoot suppression coefficients, which are set in a matching manner in the curve to achieve the best matching of adjustment parameters, output power, and anti overshoot, under overshoot, etc. in different temperature zones.  

Advanced zone PID technology enables PID parameters to automatically switch according to changes in three zones: low temperature zone, medium temperature zone, and high temperature zone.  

If the system design power is too high, output limiting function can be used. It can also limit the maximum/minimum opening of the valve, reduce the surge current when powered on, match the temperature/resistance characteristics of special loads such as silicon carbon rods, silicon molybdenum rods, and platinum heaters, and solve the contradiction between vacuum degree and heating power matching in vacuum furnaces.  

The three sets of independent event relays gifted can be set with 16 types of events and 9 types of alarms: absolute values of upper and lower limits, deviation values of upper and lower limits, internal/external alarm modes for deviation values, and can further set the return difference and handling measures for alarms. Other events include program execution, skip steps, end time stamps, maintenance, and ensuring the platform.  

The above events can also be extended for output through four sets of OC gates (optional) DO1-DO4.  

The gifted TS1 and TS2 sets of time scale outputs can be programmed with curves, serving as a time sequence controller for auxiliary control such as opening and closing furnace doors.  

The four sets of external switch DI inputs provided as a gift allow for easy selection of program execution/reset, hold, skip, constant value/program, simplifying complex keyboard operations.  

In high-quality heat treatment processes, it is necessary to ensure precise processing time when entering the insulation zone (platform). The allowable deviation when the temperature reaches the platform can be set, and the program will be automatically delayed until the deviation caused by system lag or overshoot is overcome. After the temperature reaches the platform, the program in the insulation area will start timing.  

Energy saving servo start, the first stage of the program jumps to the actual furnace temperature point and starts executing, instead of waiting for the program to start at the set value, effectively saving energy and time.
