The YLQ series mechanical sealed submersible electric pump specialized squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor is carefully developed, designed and manufactured based on dozens of specifications produced in recent years according to demand, combined with domestic and foreign market demand and referring to foreign submersible motor data, and matched with submersible pumps.
This system's electric motor is suitable for operation in environments with high altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters and ambient temperatures not exceeding 40C. Its protection level is IP68, the cooling method is ICW08A41, and the rating is continuous working system (SI). The motor terminal voltage during the starting process of the motor should not be lower than 85% of the rated voltage. Under this condition, the motor is allowed to start continuously in a cold state or start once in a hot state. The motor stops naturally between two starts, and additional restarts should be made after 2 hours of shutdown.
The rated frequency of the motor is 50HZ, and the rated voltage is 380V, 660V, 6KV, 10KV. Special voltage motors can also be produced according to user requirements. The motor connection for 380V is △, and the motor connection for 6KV and 10KV is Y.
The YLQ series sealed submersible electric pump has the following advantages:
This series of motors is a dry-type structure with high power and efficiency. Adopting dual or triple mechanical seals, skeleton rubber seals, and cable seals can effectively prevent leakage and capillary phenomenon leakage. In high-power motors, auxiliary sealing systems can also be installed to further improve sealing reliability.
The stator winding adopts F-class insulation, which can be coated with vacuum pressure impregnated solvent-free paint (VPI) and treated with moisture-proof, anti mold, and anti salt spray, with excellent and reliable insulation performance and high mechanical strength. The wiring head is wrapped with waterproof material, and the motor has good moisture resistance.
The stator core laminations are all equipped with an internal pressure mounting structure and are heat fitted onto the machine base. For 590 and above, an internal pressure mounting structure is used, greatly improving the thermal conductivity between the stator core and the machine base.
High power electromechanical systems are equipped with internal circulation air ducts to ensure sufficient cooling of stator winding ends and rotor heat losses through secondary heat exchange.
The advanced bearing configuration and installation structure not only greatly reduces the temperature of the thrust bearing, but also facilitates the connection with the pump section.
The motor is equipped with various automatic protection settings, such as leak detection, bearing and winding overheating detection, etc.
