Precautions for use
The electromagnet adopts sockets that comply with the ISO4400 standard. There are two specifications with and without indicator lights, you can choose according to your needs. The voltage specifications of sockets with indicator lights often need to match the voltage specifications of the electromagnet body.
The manual push rod of the electromagnet is used for manual control during debugging or emergency situations. But when the system back pressure is high and adjustment is difficult, please use a cross screwdriver to slowly push the manual push rod. It is not advisable to use impact force to avoid damaging the surface of the manual push rod and guide inner hole, causing electromagnetic oil leakage or inability to reset.
When using electromagnets in both directions, it is necessary to ensure that both electromagnets cannot be energized at the same time to prevent the solenoid valve from working properly.
An overcurrent protection device should be installed between the electrical control system and the connection part of the electromagnet to prevent the electromagnet and your electronic control components from being burned out under abnormal conditions.
