structural characteristics
The GJM high-speed diaphragm coupling uses AISI301 or nickel alloy steel for its flexible components, with a tensile strength of 150-170 kgf. Calculated at 10000 revolutions per minute, its fatigue life can reach 20 years. Other components use AIS4140 or equivalent high-strength lightweight alloys. Therefore, this coupling has excellent mechanical properties such as lightweight, axial stiffness, and torsional strength, which can protect the output shaft of the unit and extend its service life

Scope of application:
Suitable for high-speed units such as motors, gas turbines, gas turbines, expanders, rotary engines, blowers, generators, testing machines, high-speed pumps, etc. Particularly suitable for power transmission in centrifuges, turbo compressors, ship propellers, etc
