Basic Structure
The FJ-200 high-speed dispersing homogenizer consists of a series motor, a dispersing homogenizer working head, and a speed regulating machine base.  
The dispersed homogeneous working head is connected by a coupling, which is easy to disassemble, flexible, and reliably connected.  
The dispersing and homogenizing working head of FJ-200 high-speed dispersing and homogenizing machine is made of high-quality stainless steel at the material contact area, with good corrosion resistance.  
The speed regulation adopts electronic stepless speed regulation, which is convenient for speed regulation and stable operation.

Product installation
Users should check whether the accessories are complete according to the packing list.  
Place the speed control machine base (8) on the platform, insert the main column (13) with the rubber band (10) into the hole of the speed control machine base, with a depth of about 40mm, so that the long groove on the upper part of the column faces forward, and then use a wrench to tighten the column fixing screw (9). (The wrench is always attached)
Screw the motor lowering handle (15) into the screw hole of the machine base (14), remove the fixing plate (16), cover the machine base on the column, and then insert the removed fixing into the long slot of the column and fix it to the machine base with screws.  
Loosen the motor lifting handle, the motor can be freely adjusted up and down according to the required position for the experiment. After adjustment, lock the motor lifting handle and fix the motor on the column.  
Connect the motor input power plug and the external power cord plug separately on the speed control machine base.

Usage
Motor part
1. Adopting a single-phase three wire system, the required power socket specifications are 220V, 10A three hole sockets, and the sockets must have good grounding. Strictly pay attention not to connect the wrong grounding wire (it is strictly prohibited to lead the grounding wire to telephone lines, water pipes, gas pipes, and lightning rods).
2. Before connecting to the same power supply, please carefully check whether the speed control rotary switch is in the starting and ending positions to avoid personal injury to the operator and damage to experimental equipment and materials caused by sudden starting of the machine due to power on.
3. After inputting the power, turn on the speed control rotary switch, the red indicator light will display, and then slowly rotate clockwise in sequence. The motor will start until it reaches the required speed for the experiment. But before the experiment, a motor operation test should be conducted first, and the dispersed and homogeneous working head should not be installed during the test.
4. After the work is completed, the speed regulating rotary switch shall return to the starting position, cut off the power supply and pull out the plug.
Dispersed homogeneous working head part
1. It is strictly prohibited to operate the dispersed homogeneous working head away from the liquid medium. Prevent high-speed operation from damaging bearings and causing mechanical failures.
The working head of the FJ-200 high-speed dispersing homogenizer should be selected according to the experimental material for the experiment.
3. Disassembly and assembly steps of the working head:
a. During installation, the user protects the working head and presses the coupling fixing ring (6) with the fingers of the other hand to align the transmission pin (5) with the transmission groove (4) on the motor and insert it. Then, rotate the working head to align the upper positioning groove of the coupling with the anti rotation pin on the motor. Finally, release the coupling fixing ring with the fingers, and the fixing ring will automatically reset. The installation of the working head is completed.
b. When disassembling, please protect the working head with your hands, press down on the coupling fixing ring, and use a slight downward force to remove the working head as a whole. However, do not use too much force, as the working head may collide with the speed control machine base and cause deformation and damage.

6： Maintenance and upkeep
1. After a period of use or prolonged disuse, maintenance checks should be carried out before reuse, especially in terms of electrical safety performance. A megohmmeter can be used to detect insulation resistance.
2. The brushes on the motor are vulnerable parts, and users should regularly check them. During the inspection, please cut off the power, unplug the plug, unscrew the brush cover, and remove the brushes. If the electric brush is found to be shorter than 6mm, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The newly replaced brush should use the original specification brush and move freely inside the brush (holder) tube to prevent getting stuck in the tube, which may cause large electric sparks or motor failure to operate.
When using, if the motor does not run, first check whether the power socket has power, whether the connectors are loose, whether the brushes are in good contact, and whether the rotor and stator of the working head are stuck. After eliminating the above faults, if the machine still cannot operate normally, professional personnel should be hired for repair or contact the manufacturer. Do not ask personnel who are not familiar with the performance of the machine to disassemble and assemble it, in order to avoid accidents.
After the work is completed, the work head should be cleaned in a timely manner for the next use. The work head should be properly placed and not dropped or bumped.

7： Precautions
1. It should be placed in a clean and dry place, keep the whole machine clean, prevent moisture, and the operating environment temperature generally does not exceed 40 ℃. Strictly prevent all kinds of foreign objects from splashing into the motor.
When the motor is used in areas prone to moisture, please equip it with a leakage protection device to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
3. When used in a highly corrosive environment, please take necessary protective measures to prevent damage to mechanical and electrical performance.
4. It is prohibited to use in environments containing flammable and explosive gases in the air.
5. Using in a power grid with severe voltage fluctuations can cause speed loss of control, requiring the use of voltage stabilizing devices.
6. High speed continuous operation is prohibited. It should work for 3 minutes, stop for 5 minutes, and be used intermittently.
