1. Overview
1.1 Product Model and Name: JSY-1 Mechanical Program Key Electromagnetic Control Lock (hereinafter referred to as Electric Control Lock)
1.2 Main purpose and scope of application of the product
The electric control lock is suitable for matching with the JSN (W) 1A series mechanical program lock on the comprehensive automation control screen. Its main function is to prevent misoperation between the circuit breaker and the isolating switch. The JSN (W) 1A series mechanical program lock is strengthened for management and is suitable for any form of control switch and JSN (W) 1A series mechanical program to perform five prevention operation.
2. Environmental conditions for use
a. Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+60 ℃, lower limit -30 ℃;
b. Humidity: The daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average should not exceed 90%. During high humidity periods, condensation may occur when the temperature drops sharply;
c. The place of use should be free from fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, and frequent severe vibrations;
d. Altitude: 3000m.

4. Instructions for Using JSY-1 Electromagnetic Control Program Lock
Closing position: When the circuit breaker is in the closing position, the electric lock has no operating power supply, the control circuit is closed, and the circuit breaker can perform opening and closing operations.
Opening position: When the circuit breaker is in the opening position, the indicator light of the electric control lock lights up, indicating that there is operating power. Press the electric control lock button and rotate the mechanical program lock key counterclockwise to remove the key and perform the knife switch operation. After removing the key, the control circuit of this electric control lock is disconnected and the circuit breaker closing operation cannot be performed.
Circuit breaker maintenance: Open the circuit breaker, remove the key from the electric control lock, open the isolation switch, press the electric control lock button, insert the mechanical program lock key into the lock hole of the electric control lock, rotate it clockwise by 50 ° to the red line position, release the button, lock the key, and close the control circuit of the electric control lock. At this time, the circuit breaker opening and closing test or maintenance can be carried out.
Special reminder: After the circuit breaker is in the open position and the mechanical program lock key completes all operations, insert the electronic control lock, turn on the power, and lock the key clockwise 50 ° to the red line position. After completing the operation, turn the key to ensure it is locked before closing.
5. Installation and debugging
Before installation, the specifications of the purchased electric control lock should be checked to ensure that the technical parameters are consistent. After confirmation, a power test should be conducted. The program lock key should be inserted, removed, and rotated freely, with reliable locking and no jamming phenomenon.

5.3 Electric control locks must be equipped during installation, and outdoor electric control locks come with accessories that can be installed in outdoor mechanism control boxes.
6. Maintenance and repair
When powered on normally, the indicator light should be on. Press the electric control lock button, and the indicator light should go out. The coil should be reliably engaged. If the indicator light does not light up when powered on and the iron core in the coil cannot be heard when pressing the electric control lock button, it indicates that the electric control lock coil is not connected. Further inspection, repair or replacement should be carried out. If the lock bolt cannot lock the program lock key after being powered on and engaged, it indicates that the lock bolt is blocked and stuck after being engaged. At this time, the panel needs to be disassembled to adjust the screws that fix the coil bracket appropriately to restore its work.
