I. Purpose
The JC-2A continuously variable speed winch is a lightweight specialized equipment used for lifting and lowering logging instruments and cables in geophysical, hydrological, and coalfield logging operations. This winch has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and easy operation.
When using WTQEF seven core cable (Ø 11.3 mm), this winch can be used for shallow well operations within 250 meters; When using YHK-4 armored four core cable (Ø 4.76mm), it can be used for deep well operations within 1500m. The winch is driven by a mechanical chain with a compact structure, and the motor speed is controlled by a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation.
The collector ring adopts a four core output, which can be used for the detection and transmission of various logging technology data. This winch is mainly composed of a frame, drum, motor, reducer, control box, and other parts.
