Product selection precautions:
Due to the fact that the load voltage value of DC solid-state relays is equal to the off state voltage value and the load current is the maximum value, sufficient margin should be left when selecting them. For resistive loads, the current should be selected at 2.5-3 times the load current, and the voltage should be selected at 2-3 times the load voltage. When subjected to inductive loads, the current should be selected at 3-5 times the load current, and the voltage should be selected at 3-4 times the load voltage.
According to the relationship between load current and ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or the heat dissipation conditions are poor, the current capacity should be increased. To prevent short circuit of the load during use, it is required to connect a fast circuit breaker or fast fuse corresponding to this product in series in the load circuit.
When carrying inductive loads, a freewheeling diode must be connected in parallel at both ends of the load, and a varistor (MOV) must be connected in parallel at the output end to prevent damage to the output tube in case of overvoltage
When the input control voltage is marked as 3-32VDC and the actual load voltage is greater than 12VDC, a protective resistor should be connected in series in the control circuit, which can be determined according to the input current (8-25mA) (usually about 1K Ω/1W).
