The CWWB-35 series through wall porcelain bushing (hereinafter referred to as bushing) is suitable for distribution equipment in three-phase AC system power stations and substations with rated voltage (10-35) kV and frequency (15-60) Hz. It is used for conductive parts to pass through partitions, walls or other grounding objects, providing insulation support and fixing connections between external conductors (busbars).
Environmental conditions for the use of CWWB-35 series through wall ceramic conduit
1) Indoor conduit
The ambient temperature is not higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -40 ℃
Altitude not exceeding 1000m
The monthly average relative humidity should not exceed 90%
The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc
No frequent and intense vibrations
2) Outdoor casing
The ambient temperature shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -40 ℃;
Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
Wind speed not exceeding 34m/s
The air pollution level of the product's usage environment is divided into four levels according to GB/T5582: Level I, II, III, IV, etc;
No frequent and intense vibrations
Characteristics of CWWB-35 series through wall ceramic conduit products
The sleeve is composed of ceramic parts, metal accessories, installation flanges, and conductive bars (rods).
Application and classification of CWWB-35 series through wall ceramic conduit
Through wall porcelain conduit is used for power station and substation distribution equipment and high-voltage electrical appliances, to supply wires to pass through grounding partitions, walls or electrical equipment enclosures, and to support conductive parts to insulate them from ground or enclosures.
Through wall porcelain conduit can be divided into indoor and outdoor through wall porcelain conduit according to its usage environment. According to the different conductors passing through its center, it can be divided into busbar through wall porcelain bushing, copper conductor through wall porcelain bushing, and aluminum conductor through wall porcelain bushing.
When copper conductors are directly connected to busbars, electrochemical corrosion is prone to occur, and the high temperature rise at the contact surface can cause the joint to burn out, affecting the service life of the equipment. Therefore, copper aluminum transition joints should be used, but it also brings trouble to on-site construction. The use of aluminum conductor porcelain sleeves can solve the above problems.
Indoor and outdoor through wall porcelain sleeves are assembled from porcelain parts, conductive rods, metal accessories at both ends, and installation flanges. The busbar through wall porcelain sleeve is assembled from porcelain parts, metal accessories at both ends, busbar clamps, and installation flanges (busbar clamps are usually customized by users according to the size of the busbar).
The performance of the through wall porcelain bushing meets the requirements of GB12944.1 "Technical Conditions for High Voltage Through Wall Porcelain Bushings".
Model Description of CWWB-35 Series Through Wall Ceramic Sleeve

Installation and usage instructions
1. The through wall porcelain bushing is suitable for power stations and substations with rated AC voltage below 40.5kV, installation location with ambient temperature of -40 ℃~+40 ℃, and altitude not exceeding 1000m.
2. Indoor through wall conduit is not suitable for places where it has a destructive effect on the porcelain glaze, metal accessories, and cement adhesive of the conduit or can reduce the electrical performance of the conduit.
3. If partial discharge occurs during the operation of the through wall porcelain bushing, the flange or inner cavity of the porcelain bushing should be checked for local detachment of the sprayed aluminum layer. If so, temporary pressure equalization measures should be taken in a timely manner.
4. The wall holes for installing busbar through wall ceramic sleeves should be drilled according to the maximum size of their flange reinforcement bars.
