Type and Marking
1. Structural type
Elevators are classified according to their structural types:
Type 1- The screw performs both rotational and axial movements simultaneously;
Type 2- Screw rotates. The nut on the screw moves axially.
2. Assembly type
Each structural type of elevator is divided into two assembly types:
Type A - The screw (or nut) moves upwards;
Type B - The screw (or nut) moves downwards.
3. Screw head type
The screw head part of the Type 1 structural type is:
There are four types: I (cylindrical type), II (flange type), III (threaded type), and IV (flat head type).
The screw head of Type 2 structural type is available in two forms: I (cylindrical type) and III (threaded type).
4. Transmission ratio
Elevators are divided into two transmission ratios, namely normal (P) and slow (M).
5. Protection of lead screw
The protection of the screw of type 1 elevator is divided into basic type, anti rotation transformation (F) and shielded type (Z);
The protection of type 2 elevator screw is divided into basic type and type with protective cover (Z).
