The CTK controller has a plastic shell structure.

Appearance and installation dimensions:

For the convenience of users in different situations, a controller with special functions can be added to the standard controller.
Buffer function: a device that transforms a given step signal into a signal that changes linearly over time. Gradually accelerate the speed regulating motor during start-up and speed regulation to prevent harmful impacts on machinery or production processes.
Zeroing function: When the controller is powered on, if the master potentiometer is not at zero position, the controller will have no excitation output. Only after the master potentiometer returns to zero can the speed be adjusted normally. Ensure that the speed regulating motor starts at zero speed.
Jogging function: Use the jog button to control the excitation output. Switch between the "normal" or "jog" state using the selection switch.
Accept automatic signal function: When the switch is switched to the "automatic" position, it can enter the state of accepting external signal control. Acceptable 0-10V or 0-10mA automatic control signals.
Relay contact output function: When the master potentiometer returns to zero, the relay contact is connected (or disconnected) for outdoor connection to other devices (such as brakes).
Dual operation function: Users can connect the master potentiometer externally. Switch between local or external master potentiometer speed regulation through the selection switch.
