The BCD type steel wire rope explosion-proof electric hoist is designed, manufactured, and accepted in accordance with the provisions of GB3836-2000, with explosion-proof markings of dIIBT4 and dIICT4. It is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 locations with explosive gas mixtures formed by flammable gases, vapors, and air with levels IIA, IIB, and IIC and temperature groups T1-T4 (see Table 1).

The main body of the BCD type explosion-proof electric hoist with steel wire rope can be suspended on the I-beam track for straight or curved operation, or installed on a fixed bracket for lifting heavy objects. The BCD type steel wire rope explosion-proof electric hoist can be used in conjunction with LXB type explosion-proof single beam suspension crane or LB, LHB type explosion-proof single and double beam bridge crane according to different usage requirements.
