Precautions for FZY-3 Mining Stray Current Tester

Before measurement, insert the test line into the internal test line hole respectively, and insert both ends of the connecting wire into the two sockets respectively, adjust the pointer of the meter head to make it indicate the zero line.
Place the test rods connected to the terminal posts at the two points being tested (such as steel rails, cable sheaths, coal, etc.) and set the switch to the appropriate position. The indicated value on the meter head is the stray current value between the two points being tested. When the pointer turns right, it is positive, and when it turns left, it is negative.
When measuring stray voltage, the connection in the two-color column can be forked, and the meter head indicates the voltage value, with mA corresponding to mV and A corresponding to V.
When the unknown stray current is large, it should be set to the maximum range first, and then gradually reduced until it reaches the appropriate measurement range. The instrument should be placed horizontally.
When the measured current is greater than 5A, the instrument should only perform short-term measurements. When the measured current is greater than 10A, only instantaneous measurements can be performed.
The instrument should be placed in the (off) position when not in use.
