1. Structural characteristics
This electric motor is a seawater resistant oil filled submersible motor with a sealed structure. The casing and end cover are welded with corrosion-resistant steel plates, and all fasteners are made of high-quality stainless steel. The motor rotor is squirrel cage shaped. In product design, full consideration is given to the complexity of electric motors working underwater, with multiple waterproof protections, strong overload capacity, and high reliability.
2. Insulation treatment
To ensure reliable operation of the motor, H-grade insulation material is used as the main insulation for the winding. The slot insulation, interlayer insulation, and impregnating paint of the electric motor are all made of insulation materials with a temperature resistance level of H, which can work normally under high temperature conditions. The whole machine adopts moisture-proof treatment measures during assembly.
3. Sealing measures
The sealing of electric motors includes static sealing and dynamic sealing. Oil resistant rubber is also used as the sheath for the outgoing cables.
