Overview
The YRTE180L-4 (B5) tower crane lifting speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motor is a specially designed and developed motor based on similar foreign products. This motor is mainly used in the lifting mechanism of POTEIN type tower cranes (such as H3/36B, F0/23B, etc.).
The YRTE series electric motors currently have two power levels of 33kW and 51.5kW, which are available for several types of tower cranes to choose from. The rotor of this electric motor adopts a wound type. When in use, appropriate resistors can be connected in series on the rotor winding to obtain different speeds. The motor has a wide speed range and can meet the operating requirements of tower cranes.
The motor is equipped with two normally closed temperature control components in the stator and rotor windings. When the motor is overloaded and the temperature rise exceeds the specified limit, a signal is transmitted to the control circuit to effectively protect the motor.
The YRTE type motor is designed as an electromechanical integration with a protection level of IP23. It is internally ventilated, self fan cooled, and has a normally closed DC brake and manual release device at the end of the motor.
