The DT series pipeline elastic bracket shock absorber (shock absorber) is composed of arc-shaped concave convex rubber elastic pads and partially bonded arc-shaped metal plates. Usually used on pipelines equipped with elastic supports for mechanical equipment, it not only provides elastic support for the pipeline, isolates the pipeline through walls, but also has good isolation of pipeline mechanical vibration and significantly reduces structural noise, thereby improving the environment and extending the service life of the equipment.

The rubber elastic pad of DT type pipeline shock absorber is divided into three types of rubber hardness. After being loaded, the static deformation is 3-8mm, and the relationship between static force and deformation is non-linear. The stiffness increases with the increase of load, showing a characteristic of reducing hardness.
For situations where pipeline vibration is relatively high or vibration isolation effect is required, multiple layers of elastic pads can be used in series. Each layer of elastic pad is separated by an arc-shaped metal sheet. To prevent vibration detachment, the rubber pad must be attached to the metal sheet.

DT type pipeline shock absorbers are allowed to operate normally in ambient temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to 50 ℃.
