Main functions and features of GBJ type back protection shock absorber:
1: Used in conjunction with pad type isolators, it limits the horizontal displacement of the isolator beyond its range, ensuring that the instrument does not collide with adjacent objects during shaking.
2: Further improve the lateral vibration reduction and shock isolation performance of the instrument.
3: Flexible support of the vibration isolation instrument maximizes the performance of the bottom isolator and extends its lifespan.
GBJ-A, GBJ-B, and GBJ-C back protection isolators.
GBJ-A: Used for instruments with a mass of less than 70kg.
GBJ-B: Used for instruments with a mass less than 140kg.
GBJ-C: Used for instruments with a mass less than 220kg.
Installation requirements for GBJ type back protection shock absorber:
1: Two back protection isolators are installed in parallel between the back and side walls of the instrument as a group (space allows for more than two), and are connected by screws with anti loosening measures.
2: The installation position of the back protective vibration isolator should be as close as possible to the upper end of the instrument.
3: During installation, the back protective vibration isolator and the connecting bolt of the instrument should be located at the center point of its vertical slide, and horizontally in a static and non acting position.
Declaration: The manufacturer may develop special specifications of backside protective vibration isolation according to user requirements.
