The YCT-W series outdoor oil field specific electromagnetic speed regulating motor is an advanced electromechanical integrated product, which is an upgraded equipment for ordinary asynchronous motors on pumping units. It has the following advantages:
It is possible to continuously adjust the size of the flushing without stopping the machine, so as to match the supply and discharge capacity of the oil well reasonably.
It can improve the sand carrying capacity of well fluids, increase pump efficiency by more than 15% -20%, and increase oil production.
The speed regulating motor adopts an outdoor protective structure, with electrical insulation that can withstand temperatures of 155 ℃ and has undergone moisture-proof and mildew proof treatment, making it more suitable for outdoor use and less prone to damage.
The motor starts without load, with a small starting current and the ability to delay starting.
The voltage withstand level of the controller has doubled compared to industry standards, increasing from ± 10% to ± 20%.
