The TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as TD75) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, water and electricity industries to transport bulk or bulk materials due to its advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, and strong universality. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be conveyed by a single machine, or by multiple or other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system. The TD75 model is used within the ambient temperature range of+40 ℃ -10 ℃, and the temperature of the conveyed material is below 50 ℃. For occasions with special requirements for explosion prevention, waterproofing, corrosion prevention, heat resistance, and cold resistance, corresponding measures should be taken separately.
2、 Detailed description of belt conveyor
The TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor is a type of conveying equipment with a large conveying capacity, low operating costs, and a wide range of applications. It has two types of supports: fixed and mobile; According to the material of the conveyor belt, it can be divided into adhesive tape, plastic tape, and steel tape. The working environment temperature of the conveyor is generally between -10 ℃+40 ℃, and the required material temperature should not exceed 70 ℃ The heat-resistant rubber belt can output and deliver high-temperature materials below 120 ℃. Belt conveyors should not be used when the material temperature is higher. When transporting materials containing acidic and alkaline oil substances and organic solvents, it is necessary to use rubber or plastic belts that are resistant to oil and acid and alkali. There are six types of belt widths for belt conveyors: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400mm. Users can determine the layout of the conveyor, as well as the selected tape width, number of canvas layers, and tape thickness, based on factors such as the conveying height, material type, capacity, conveying volume, and conveying length.
3、 Technical parameters of belt conveyor
The bulk density of TD75 type transportable materials should be below 2.5t/m3.
This series comes in six specifications based on bandwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400mm.

The conveying capacity in the table is calculated under the conditions of a material capacity of Y=1.0 tons/m3, a conveyor inclination angle of 0 ° -7 °, and a material dynamic stacking angle of 30 °.
