Characteristics and Applications:
The automatic clamp type oil seal trimming machine is specially designed for fine trimming of the outer diameter of high-end rubber sealing rings and precise shaping of the inner lip size. It uses a clamp to automatically clamp circular skeleton oil seals and is automatically cut by a cutting tool. Two knives can work separately, simultaneously, or sequentially, with automatic and manual foot switch operation functions as well as production accumulation function. The workpieces processed by this machine have the advantages of fine appearance, accurate size, and extremely high concentricity. The control system adopts CMOS digital logic circuits, and the driving part adopts contactless switches, solid-state relays, and pneumatic logic components, with high reliability and easy operation.
