The voltage indicator of the DXN-8B series indoor high-voltage live display device is equipped with self check and power verification buttons on the panel. The three-phase indicator lights can only light up when the self check or power verification button is pressed when the usage conditions are met (see display device functions for details), which can greatly improve the service life of the light-emitting components. Due to the use of low-power light-emitting components in its internal circuit, the overall power consumption of the machine is low, the performance is more stable, and the reliability is higher. For the convenience of users to verify the phase of dual power sources on site, the indicator panel is equipped with a phase test terminal. At the same time, the front frame of the indicator housing is detachable, and users can replace the indicator light without opening the indicator housing on site. It is widely used in indoor high-voltage electrical equipment with 3.6, 7.2, 12, 24, 40.5kV, and frequency 50Hz, and can be used in conjunction with voltage sensors to reflect the high voltage live status. It can also be used in conjunction with isolation switches and grounding switches to improve the anti misoperation performance of supporting products.

Function of the power verification button:

1. When the high voltage side is powered off, press the power test button, and the A, B, and C indicator lights that display high voltage live should not light up;
2. When the voltage at the high voltage end reaches 15%~<65% of the rated phase voltage, press the power test button, and the A, B, and C indicator lights that display high voltage charging will begin to indicate the charging status of the high voltage end respectively; (See Figure 2 for the wiring diagram used in conjunction with the voltage sensor).
In addition to the above functions, the Q-type voltage indicator can also achieve the following: when any phase voltage in the three-phase high-voltage bus reaches 65%~100% of the rated phase voltage, the electronic circuit control relay output contact J opens and is in a forced locking state;
