The QX3 series star delta starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is mainly used for starting and stopping star delta switching of three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC 50 or 60HZ, voltage up to 500V, and capacity up to 30KW. During the starting process, the starter can automatically switch the star connected stator winding of the controlled motor to a delta connected starter through a time relay. The starter is equipped with a thermal relay as overload protection, and its contactor inductance also serves as voltage loss protection when the grid voltage disappears.

Scope of application and working conditions
1. Surrounding air humidity: The I limit should not exceed+40 ℃, the I limit should not be lower than -25 ℃, and the average value within 24 hours should not exceed+35 ℃.
2. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 1000M.
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. The monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the monthly average minimum temperature of that month is+25 ℃, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
4. Vibration with an amplitude not exceeding 0.5 millimeters and a frequency not exceeding 600 times per minute.
5. The inclination with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5.
6. In a medium without explosive hazards, and without gases and dust (including conductive dust) that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
7. In an environment with rain and snow protection equipment and not filled with water vapor.
Note: Starter models with the word "TH" after them are suitable for humid tropical regions
