purpose
QX1-30 star delta starter (hereinafter referred to as starter) is suitable for AC 50HZ, voltage up to 380V, rated working current up to 60A, and can control the maximum power of the motor to below 30KW. This type of starter is used to start AC three-phase squirrel cage induction motors under star connection, and after replacing the motor with delta connection, accelerate to rated speed and manually stop the motor.

Scope of application and working conditions
1. Surrounding air humidity: The I limit should not exceed+40 ℃, the I limit should not be lower than -25 ℃, and the average value within 24 hours should not exceed+35 ℃.
2. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 1000M.
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. The monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the monthly average minimum temperature of that month is+25 ℃, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.

2. The rated working system is divided into an 8-hour working system and a repeated short-term working system. The repeated short-term working system has a load factor of 0.4 for the starter under this working system, and the maximum number of operations achieved per hour is 30.
3. The operation mode is manual. The protection type is box type protection.
When the point voltage is 1.05 × 380V and the power factor is 0.35 ± 0.05, the starter should be able to withstand 20 turns on and off of 6 times the rated working current, and the mechanical life of the starter is 100000 turns on and off.
5. The electrical life of the starter should not be less than 100000 times of closing and breaking under the conditions specified in the table below
