Purpose:
The CJX2C series switching capacitor contactor is specifically designed for low-voltage reactive power compensation screens with AC 50Hz rated working voltage of 380V. It serves as an input and cutoff capacitor bank to adjust the power system
The unified power factor (cos) can effectively suppress the closing surge of capacitors.
Working conditions:
1. Surrounding air temperature: -5 ℃~+40 ℃, with an average value not exceeding+35 ℃ within 24 hours.
2. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.
3. Relative temperature: At+40 ℃, the relative temperature of the atmosphere does not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative temperatures. The average maximum relative temperature in the wettest month is+25 ℃

Structure Overview:
The contactor consists of CJX2 contactor, auxiliary contact group, and six resistance wires. Six resistance wires are respectively connected to the corresponding input and output terminals of the three pairs of main contacts and the three pairs of conversion contacts in the auxiliary contact group of the contactor. When the contactor coil is energized and the conversion contact is driven to close by the attraction of the permanent magnet core, the resistor is first connected to suppress the surge current for a few milliseconds before the main contact is connected, and the contactor begins to work normally. The permanent magnet iron core is released in place, causing the conversion contact to return to its original breaking position. When the contactor coil is powered off, the main contact is disconnected, and the permanent magnet core returns to the engaged state. When the contactor coil is powered on next time, it drives three pairs of conversion contacts to suppress the surge current again. The contactor uses a conversion contact with a small opening distance to first connect the resistor, suppress the surge current, and use a main contact with a large opening distance to break larger currents and limit the overvoltage of the circuit breaker, thereby enabling the capacitor bank to switch normally.
