The YTD335 series elevator motor has two independent windings. 4-pole or 6-pole windings are used for starting and running, while 24 pole windings are used for level braking. They can also be used for short-term low-speed starting and running during elevator installation and maintenance. The protection level of the motor casing is drip proof and meets the requirements of IP01; The cooling method of the electric motor is forced ventilation by an independent blower, which complies with the regulations of IC06; The installation structure of the electric motor is a horizontal flange installation type. Electric motors are suitable for regulating voltage and speed in elevators and dual speed elevators, and can be installed on various mechanical deceleration traction machines. They can meet the operating conditions of frequent braking up to 180 times per hour.

Thermistors are embedded in the windings of the electric motor, and their leads are connected to the output box. Users can choose appropriate thermal protection relays to achieve overheating protection of the electric motor.
When the electric motor is working on the blower, the short running time of the 24 pole starting from the cold state should be controlled within 3 minutes.
The effective value of the vibration velocity measured during the no-load operation of a 4-pole or 6-pole motor with half key on the shaft extension shall not exceed 1.12mm/s.
The A-weighted sound pressure level (Lp) noise measured by the motor during 4-pole or 6-pole no-load operation shall not exceed 70dB.
