The ZYZJ-315 series DC motor is a specialized series of products developed based on the Z4 series DC motor, with corresponding improvements in design and manufacturing processes for the working conditions of the sugar press roller drive.
This series of motors adopts a polygonal structure, with high utilization of stator space, compact internal structure, and computer-aided design to control electrical parameters appropriately. Therefore, the motor has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and small moment of inertia.
The magnetic circuit adopts a laminated painted structure and effective measures, which enables the motor to withstand pulsating currents and rapid changes in current, improving the dynamic commutation performance of the motor. The motor can operate for a long time with three-phase bridge rectifier current and without external smoothing reactors.
The novel F-class insulation structure ensures stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation. The special insulation treatment gives the motor strong moisture resistance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for use in humid tropical regions.
All stators of this series of motors are equipped with compensating windings, which have strong overload capacity. The base speed overload capacity is 2.5 times the rated torque, and the high-speed overload capacity is 1.8 times the rated current, lasting for 1 minute.
The external installation dimensions of the ZYZJ-315 series DC motor comply with the IEC-72 international standard, except for the axial dimension 'B' between the two foot holes.

Motor performance:

The data in the technical data sheet should work according to the following usage conditions:
a. The temperature of the primary cooling medium entering the motor shall not exceed 40 ℃;
b. The working environment should not contain acidic, alkaline or other gases that have a corrosive effect on insulation;
c. The motor operates continuously (S1);
d. The armature circuit and excitation circuit of the motor can be powered by a static rectifier power supply, and are also suitable for being powered by a DC generator.
The insulation level of the motor is Class F.
3. The standard rated voltage of electric motors is 440V, 520V, and 660V. Other voltage levels of motors can also be produced according to user requirements, but can only be determined after consultation.
4. The standard rated speed of the electric motor is divided into five levels: 1000, 750, 600, 500, and 400 r/min. Reduce the armature voltage to constant torque speed regulation and reduce the excitation voltage to constant power speed regulation. The speed regulation range is shown in the technical data sheet. When the constant torque speed regulation is below the rated voltage, the minimum speed should not be less than 20r/min, and the speed should still be stable at this time.
5. Current change rate: At all speeds and loads, the motor can withstand a current change rate of di/dt=200-250 times the rated current/second.
6. The standard excitation voltage is 220V, and other excitation voltages can also be negotiated. To ensure the reliability of the insulation of the excitation system, a release resistor should be connected in parallel at both ends of the excitation winding when disconnecting the excitation circuit to prevent the impact of self induced potential on the insulation of the excitation system. At standard excitation voltage, its value is approximately six times the excitation winding resistance (cold state). When the excitation voltage is higher than the standard voltage, the parallel release resistor can be less than six times, otherwise it is greater than six times.
7. The performance of this motor complies with the national standard GB755 "Basic Technical Conditions for Rotating Electrical Machines", and can also be assessed according to the requirements of the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC34-1 or the German national standard DIN57530.

Structure Introduction:

The cooling method of the motor is external cooling and forced ventilation, that is, the motor is equipped with a radial riding blower or duct ventilation. The corresponding relationship between its protection level and cooling method is shown in Table 1. The required cooling air volume, air pressure, and power of the fan motor are shown in Table 2. The air inlet of the motor can be located on the left (right) or upper (lower) side of the end cover on the transmission side.
2. Motor installation method: horizontal, foot mounted (i.e. IMB3), in accordance with international GB977 regulations.
3. The motor can be made into dual axis extension or single axis extension. The non transmission side of a single axis extension motor can be equipped with accessories such as a speed generator, encoder, and overspeed protection switch.
4. The outlet box of the motor is located on the right side of the motor frame when viewed from the transmission end. As needed, it can also be installed on the left side of the machine base, but it needs to be specified when ordering.
5. The motor adopts a non-stop refueling structure.
