Equipment structure
The DYL-2 fully automatic hydraulic puller consists of a hydraulic puller, a hydraulic pump station, a lifting mechanism, and an electrical control box.
1. The hydraulic puller is mainly composed of oil cylinder wall panels, pulling claws, automatic spacing adjustment devices for pulling claws, and automatic lifting adjustment mechanisms for the puller. Its form and performance are manufactured according to the processing accuracy and processing technology of similar foreign products.
1.1 The drawing claw is produced using high-quality steel forging, heat treatment, and precision machining to ensure both toughness and hardness of the material.
1. The production testing and acceptance technical standards of the two oil cylinders comply with the standards of JB213-77, JB2134-77, and JB2149-77.
2. A hydraulic pump station is an independent hydraulic transmission device, which consists of a pump device (motor and high-pressure plunger pump), an integrated block (hydraulic valve, channel body), an oil tank (closed container, oil filter screen, air filter) and other components; The hydraulic pump station controls the pulling and ejecting cylinder and the pulling center high cylinder.
3. The distance adjustment device for pulling claws is composed of multiple sets of small reduction motors, which can automatically adjust the distance between pulling claws.
4. The lifting mechanism is used to adjust the center height of the hydraulic puller.
5. The main function of the electrical control box is to control the operation of the pump station, oil pressure, the forward and backward movement of the oil cylinder piston rod, the automatic lifting and lowering of the puller, and the spacing between the pulling claws.  

operating procedure
1. Grounding and power supply according to the electrical schematic diagram (three-phase four wire, 380V AC);
2. Add an appropriate amount of 46 # hydraulic oil into the pump station oil tank (observe the centerline of the level gauge);
3. Press the 'Start' button to activate the hydraulic pump station;
4. Press the "up or down" button to adjust the height of the pulling center (press the start button before pressing the lift button), and turn the handwheel to adjust the height of the support point;
5. Press the "grab" button to adjust the spacing between the pulling claws separately, so that they hold the pulled workpiece tightly;
6. Press the "forward" button, push the piston rod to make the ejector pin try to hit the center hole of the workpiece, and further adjust the distance between the pulling claws to be equidistant. Then press the work button until the workpiece is pushed out; 7. Press the 'back' button to retract the piston rod;
8. Press the 'Release' button to increase the distance between the pulling claws and remove the workpiece;
9. Press the stop button of the pump station, and the work of the puller is completed
