1. Application of KJJ-1 Circuit Breaker Control Circuit Monitoring Relay
In unmanned substations used to monitor the power supply for circuit breaker operation, the tripping and closing circuits are intact. When there is a malfunction in the above circuits
When there is an obstacle, a light signal can be emitted locally and an alarm signal can be sent to a distant location using an air contact.
2. Electrical principle and wiring terminal diagram
If the polarity is reversed during testing and installation, no component will be damaged within half an hour, and the positive polarity should be corrected promptly
When TWJ and HWJ are at the same time, this relay will activate and emit a signal. See the figure below.

3. Technical data of KJJ-1 circuit breaker control circuit monitoring relay
3.1 Rated voltage: 220VDC, 110VDC
3.2 Operating voltage: not exceeding 70% of the rated voltage
3.3 Return voltage: not less than 5% of rated voltage
3.4 Monitoring current for tripping and closing circuit: 10mA at rated voltage
The resistance of 3.5 TWJ and HWJ is 2.8k Ω, the starting current is 8mA, and the contact breaking capacity is 220VDC, 30W.
