ZW □ -24 outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor switch equipment with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 24kV. It is suitable for opening and closing various types of loads and frequent operating situations, and is suitable for the construction and renovation of power equipment in urban networks, rural networks, mines, railways, etc. This product is the earliest developed 24kV outdoor high-voltage switchgear suitable for China's national conditions, based on absorbing advanced foreign technology and domestic raw materials and processes. It has its own intellectual property rights and multiple patented technologies, filling the gap in domestic 24kV voltage level outdoor switchgear. Compared with similar international products, it has the characteristics of miniaturization, maintenance free, and intelligence. At the same time, this product has no pollution to the surrounding environment and is a green and environmentally friendly product.
Product features
The shell is made of high-quality stainless steel material or ordinary steel plate treated with Dacromet anti rust technology and then sprayed with UV resistant varnish. The product has excellent environmental resistance such as corrosion resistance and salt spray resistance.
The insulation part adopts epoxy resin and silicone rubber composite insulation material, with high insulation level, strong anti pollution ability, ozone resistance, UV resistance, hydrophobicity, and high and low temperature resistance. There is no transformer oil or sulfur hexafluoride gas inside the box, which meets the requirements of oil-free transformation and environmental protection.
The operating mechanism is a spring operated mechanism, which can be manual or electric. If necessary, a remote control device and a surge avoidance device can be installed to avoid closing. The required external power supply power should not exceed 70W, making it easy to equip with a backup power supply. Design a unique buffering device with excellent performance, minimal rebound, and low noise.
The arc extinguishing chamber adopts special stainless steel brazing technology, which does not require electroplating, has high welding quality, stability and reliability, and low air leakage rate. Special ceramic metallization formula and advanced ceramic metallization technology are used in the production process to ensure the airtightness of the product, with a tensile strength greater than 130Mpa and complete one-time sealing.
The 5 current transformers are made of high-quality magnetic materials and epoxy resin and silicone rubber composite insulation, with advantages such as large capacity, high dynamic and thermal stability multiple, high precision level, maintenance free, and high reliability.
According to user needs, it can be combined with corresponding controllers to form automatic reclosers and segmenters, which are ideal equipment for achieving distribution network automation.
