The JF204D synchronous traction generator is a three-phase salient pole motor with a volumetric power of 3700kVA. The motor adopts mature manufacturing technology and absorbs advanced foreign technology. It has the characteristics of large capacity, high voltage, high insulation level, and good temperature rise speed. The rotor is supported by a single bearing, with integrated magnetic poles and copper collector rings. One end of the rotor is connected to the machine base through bearing E32626QTY and end cap. The stator sector is made of high-quality silicon steel plate DW360-50, and the stator iron core is fixed by pulling screws. The rotor is vacuum pressure coated. This motor has been installed on Dongfeng 8B freight heavy-duty diesel locomotives and Dongfeng 11 quasi high speed passenger locomotives, and can also be used in other fields.
