SPJ-800 Mining reducerDetailed product description:

The SPJ-800 reducer is suitable for use in coal industry transportation and transmission machinery equipment for deceleration. The gear shaft of this machine is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel processed by special technology, which has the advantages of high load-bearing capacity, long service life, low noise, small size, and compact structure.
Operation and Maintenance
1. Before use, the reducer should remove the sight hole cover and add hyperbolic gear oil or mechanical oil with equivalent viscosity to operate under load.
If abnormal noise, impact sound, rapid temperature rise or other abnormal phenomena are found during work, the operation should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified and eliminated.
3. During the initial 3-5 days of running in, the machine should be stopped to check for any looseness or excessive clearance in various parts, and if so, adjustments should be made. Adjustment method: One or several layers of paper pads can be removed, or the tooth clearance can be adjusted by removing the thickness of the end cap. Simultaneously replace the gear oil with a new one to improve the overall service life of the machine.
4. Regularly check the quality, oil level, and filling point of the lubricating oil, and replace it regularly according to the degree of oil decomposition and oxidation. The recommended replacement period is 2-3 months. At the same time, the dirt inside the casing and the internal parts should be cleaned to ensure the normal operation of the reducer.
