Structure and Characteristics
The ZKFG series vacuum assisted switch and the F series switch adopt the same appearance and size to achieve comprehensive compatibility.
ZKFG1 and F1 switches have the same appearance; ZKFG2 is consistent with F6 switch. The core component of the ZKFG series vacuum assisted switch adopts a vacuum reed switch instead of mechanical contacts, which has extremely high on/off reliability and maintenance free performance; The core components are enclosed as a whole, enhancing reliability. Its moving parts - the rotor - are suspended in the fixed disk by the action of a magnetic field, and there is basically no friction with the fixed disk, so the rotating shaft is light and flexible, and there is no mechanical jamming.
The switch head adopts a quick action mechanism. When the shaft rotates to 75 ℃, it starts to drive the rotor to quickly rotate under the action of the energy storage spring and reliably stays at the end position.
