The QCC1 series DC electromagnetic contactor is used in applications with vibration, as a power circuit with frequent switching of DC rated voltage below 1500 volts and rated current within 6-35 amperes. It is used for the closing and opening of electric motors for compressed air or ventilation fans on DC overhead standard rail electric locomotives.


Structural features:
The QCC1 series DC electromagnetic contactor consists of three main parts: magnetic system, contact system, and arc extinguishing device, which are installed on the same base plate. The contact system works in the power circuit, with a large distance between the contacts, good insulation between various parts, easy installation and maintenance, and safe and reliable use.
