Structural principle:
The machine is mainly composed of a machine base, a knife roller, upper and lower feeding mechanisms, a feeding device, a hydraulic buffer system, and an electrical control system. The machine base is welded with high steel plates and serves as the supporting foundation for the entire machine.
Install two, three, or four flying knives on the knife roller, and use specially manufactured flying knife bolts to fix the flying knives on the knife roller through pressure blocks. According to the different thicknesses of the cutting materials, the upper feeding roller assembly can float up and down within a certain range with the help of a hydraulic system. The qualified cut pieces fall through the sieve holes and are discharged from the bottom. The larger pieces will be cut again inside the machine.
Hydraulic system: supplied by the oil pump to the oil cylinder, it can activate the cover for easy replacement of blades; During maintenance, the upper feeding roller assembly can be lifted to facilitate the adjustment of the gap between the flying blade and the bottom blade, as well as the disassembly and assembly of the comb plate
