The instrument has an accuracy level of 2.5.
The working conditions of the instrument are -20 to+50 ℃, with a relative temperature of 95% (at that time, the temperature was+25 ℃).
Basic error of instruments:
When the pointer indicating the voltage difference enters the balance line, the voltage difference should not exceed ± 2% of the rated voltage;
When the pointer indicating the frequency difference enters the balance line, the difference in frequency should not exceed ± 1.0% of the rated frequency;
The pointer for synchronous indication should not deviate from the synchronous marking line by more than ± 2.5% (geometric degree) under the same voltage and frequency.
Sensitivity of MZ10 marine synchronous meter:
The voltage difference indicator should not exceed ± 5% of the rated voltage for every 1 division deviation of the pointer;
The frequency difference indicator should not exceed ± 1.5% of the rated voltage for every 1 division deviation of the pointer.
Performance of instrument indication entering the same period:
When the voltage and frequency of the generator to be connected in parallel are greater than those of the power grid, the pointers indicating the voltage and frequency differences should be deflected in the "+" direction. If they are less than the voltage and frequency of the power grid, the pointers indicating the voltage and frequency differences should be deflected in the "-" direction.
If the frequency of the generator to be connected in parallel is greater than the grid frequency, the pointer indicating the same period should rotate clockwise. If it is less than the grid frequency, it should rotate counterclockwise.
When the frequency of the generator to be connected in parallel differs from the frequency of the grid by 0.25-0.7HZ and the voltage is the same, the synchronous indication should be able to rotate normally.
The working position of the instrument is for vertical use.
The rated frequency of the instrument is 50Hz. When deviating from any frequency within the range of 48-52Hz, the change in the instrument indication value should not exceed the basic error.
When the voltage deviates from the rated value by ± 10%, the change in the instrument indication value should not exceed the basic error.
The insulation between all circuits and the casing of the instrument, and the ability to withstand AC voltage with a frequency of 50Hz and an actual sine waveform for 1 minute, shall be tested. The test voltage shall be 2KV at room temperature and relative humidity below 85%.
10. Under transportation packaging conditions, the table can withstand a shock frequency of 80-120 times per minute and a maximum acceleration of 30 meters per second for a duration of 2 hours.
