Scope of application
JT9、 The 10 series DC high return coefficient relay is used as a high return relay in automatic control equipment. Mainly used as a reverse relay for AC wire wound induction motors during reverse braking, as well as for protecting and controlling the excitation circuit of DC motors.
Model and its meaning

Main technical parameters of JT9 and JT10 series DC high return coefficient relays
1. Relays are divided into 12, 24, 45, 110, 220, and 440 volts according to the voltage of the attraction coil.
2. Relays are divided into 1.5, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 150, 300, 600, 900, and 1200 amps according to the current of the attraction coil.
3. The contact is either normally open or normally closed, with a single break point.
4. Relay attraction piezoelectric: can be adjusted within the range of 30-50% of the rated voltage of the coil; Attracting current, rated current of the coil
Adjust within the range of 30~70%.
5. Return coefficient 0.7, action accuracy ± 10%.
The loss power of the relay coil is about 1.2 watts in working condition.
7. The distance of contact disconnection shall not be less than 1.5 millimeters, and its capacity is shown in Table 1.
Installation, adjustment, usage, and maintenance
1、 The relay must be installed in a vertical position with the contacts facing upwards.
a. During installation, it is necessary to check:
1. Is the wiring correct.
2. Whether the technical data indicated on the product nameplate is consistent with the usage requirements.
3. Check if the movable part gets stuck when pushing the armature by hand.
4. Whether the distance of contact disconnection meets the specified data.
b. When adjusting the return coefficient, action voltage (current), and contact disconnection distance, it is allowed to change;
1. The size of the closed air gap between the armature and the iron core. The larger the air gap, the higher the return coefficient, and the corresponding increase in attraction voltage. The adjustment method can change the up and down position of the static contact.
2. The action voltage (current) can adjust the magnitude of the reaction force of the reaction spring and the closing air gap between the armature and the iron core.
3. The distance of contact disconnection can be adjusted to adjust the relative position of the static contact up and down.
2、 The relay must be regularly inspected and maintained for the following items during use
1. The applied voltage to the voltage coil shall not exceed 105% of the rated voltage, and the applied current to the current coil shall not exceed 100% of the rated current.
2. Check if the movable part is stuck. If it is stuck, adjustments or replacement of relevant parts must be made.
When the surface of the contact is burned or forms metal beads, a fine file should be used to remove them. When removing, try to remove as little as possible without changing the curvature radius of the contact, and avoid using sandpaper during removal.
If the attraction coil is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one. After readjusting and replacing the relevant parts of the relay, it must be re calibrated and identified.
