Scope of application

The JDZ1 series intermediate relay is suitable for various electrical control systems with AC 50Hz, voltage up to 380V, DC up to 220V, and current up to 5A. It is used to control various electromagnetic coils to amplify signals or transmit models to several related control components simultaneously.  

Structural features
The JDZ1 series intermediate relay is an open magnetic system with a direct acting structure. The contacts are arranged in two layers with double break points, with four pairs of contacts on each layer. The contact part is equipped with a transparent dust cover, and the top is equipped with a manual button. The drive housing of the relay consists of three layers: upper, middle, and lower, with a compact structure and small volume. The installation dimensions of JDZ1-A type and JZ7 intermediate relay are the same, which facilitates maintenance and replacement of JZ7 intermediate relay.  

Main technical parameters

The rated voltage of the relay coil is divided into AC 50Hz, 12, 24, 36, 110, 127, 220, and 380V;
2. Relays are suitable for long-term operation, intermittent long-term operation, and repeated short-term operation with an operating frequency not exceeding 2000 times/h and a power on duration of 40%

3. The rated heating current of the relay contacts is 5A;
