AIC-2000空气负离子检测仪是吸引空气(或者带有离子存在的气体)通过带电的平行极化电极板进行计数空气中的离子(气体)浓度的。外侧二板保持极化(正、负)电势。中间是线性检测器板。空气的孔隙是4MM，极化区的电势是1000V/M。即可测定正离子，又可测定负离子。也可以测定有关机体的负离子浓度，如布匹、纤维等。
