The DC Link aluminum shell dry-type DC filter capacitor is made of low loss metalized polypropylene film. The self-healing film is an imported base film and a gradient square resistance safety film deposited using patented technology.
The film is wound into a cylindrical shape using fully automated equipment, utilizing non inductive winding technology. The core is connected using thin copper sheets, resulting in smaller inductance and stronger overcurrent and overvoltage capabilities for capacitor production.
Based on long-term use and experimental results, our capacitor dielectric has excellent self-healing properties.
We adopt the form of thickening the edge of the film to increase the contact area at the edge, thereby making the contact part between the film and the sprayed gold surface better, increasing the overcurrent capacity of the product, and reducing edge stress.

Without the protection of the filling dielectric, the metal coating will be oxidized, and the metalized film will be more and more self-healing. The capacity of the capacitor will become smaller and the loss will increase.
Therefore, when we pour polyurethane into the aluminum shell of the capacitor, we need to perform vacuum drying treatment on the capacitor to protect the wound core and its surrounding environment, making the capacitor's capacity very stable during long-term use.
The capacitor is filled with polyurethane, so it has a high volume utilization ratio, excellent self-healing characteristics, and automatic overvoltage protection. When unexpected situations occur during operation or the capacitor is overloaded, the capacitor will automatically disconnect to ensure safe operation.
