Scope of application
The CCQ2 dual power automatic switching device (hereinafter referred to as CCQ2) is suitable for two power sources (common power source and backup power source or power generation power source) with AC 50Hz, 690V and below. It automatically switches between power sources when one power source fails to ensure the reliability and safety of power supply. This product complies with the IEC 60947-6 "Automatic Transfer Switchgear" standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission.
3. Model and its meaning

4. Structure and Performance
4.1 Structure
The CCQ2 dual power automatic switching device is a switching system consisting of two main parts: the device body and the automatic controller, which are connected by a dedicated cable with a maximum length of 2m. The device body consists of two circuit breakers with electric operating mechanisms and accessories (auxiliary and alarm contacts), mechanical interlocking mechanism, fuses, wiring terminals, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the device), all components are installed on a metal base plate, and the mechanical interlocking mechanism is installed between the two circuit breakers. The control power supply voltage of the device is AC230V, and the mechanical life is 5000 times for CCQ2-63~225, 3000 times for CCQ2-400, and 2500 times for CCQ2-630~800.
The automatic controller has a complete plastic shell, installed on the door panel of the box or cabinet, and uses advanced and reliable electronic components to form a complete control circuit inside. The working power supply voltage of the automatic controller is AC230V.
4.2 Performance
The CCQ2 series dual power switching system simultaneously detects the voltage of two power sources. The power supply voltage that is higher than 110% of the rated value is judged as overvoltage, while the power supply voltage that is lower than 85% of the rated value is judged as undervoltage. The logic circuit makes logical judgments on the above detection results, and the processing results drive the corresponding command relay to issue opening or closing instructions to the electric operating mechanism through the delay circuit. The above detection results are displayed on the panel with light-emitting diodes.
Automatic controllers can be divided into three types based on their control functions: self switching and self restoring (R), self switching and non self restoring (S), and grid power generation (F). The first two types are suitable for the grid power supply system, while the latter type is suitable for the grid power generation system.
4.2.1 The automatic controller (CCQ2R) with self switching and self recovery automatically switches between two power sources (referred to as the common power source and the backup power source). Under normal conditions, it should be powered by the common power supply. When there is an abnormality in the common power supply (overvoltage, undervoltage, or phase loss in any phase voltage), it will automatically switch to the backup power supply after a set delay; After the commonly used power supply returns to normal, it will automatically return to the commonly used power supply after a set delay; When there is an abnormality in the backup power supply (overvoltage, undervoltage, or phase loss in any phase voltage), the controller emits a backup power alarm sound, which can also be manually turned off.
The functions of the self switching and self resetting automatic controller are shown in Table 1.

4.2.2 The automatic controller (CCQ2S) that automatically switches between two power sources (referred to as the common power source and the backup power source, respectively). When there is an abnormality in the common power supply (overvoltage, undervoltage, or phase loss in any phase voltage), it automatically switches to the backup power supply after a set delay. However, when the common power supply returns to normal, it cannot automatically recover until the backup power supply has an abnormality before switching.
The functions of the automatic controller with automatic switching and non automatic recovery are shown in Table 2.

4.2.3 Grid - The automatic controller for power generation (CCQ2F) automatically switches between the grid and the two power sources. When the grid voltage is below 85% of the rated voltage, a power generation command is issued through a power generation delay command (output through a set of normally open and normally closed contacts). When the generated voltage reaches 85% of the rated voltage, the load circuit is first disconnected from the power grid. After a delay in the unloading instruction, the unloading instruction is issued to remove the secondary load (output through another set of normally open and normally closed contacts), and then the generated power supply is connected through a conversion delay. After the grid voltage returns to normal (reaching 85% of the rated voltage or above), the load circuit is disconnected from the power source after a return disconnection delay, and then automatically switched to grid power supply after a return connection delay. The power generation delay (t5=2100 seconds) is adjusted and set by the potentiometer on the right side of the panel (set to 20 seconds at the factory), and the return disconnection delay (t3=1.5 60 seconds) is adjusted and set by the potentiometer on the left side of the panel (set to 20 seconds at the factory).

Other products: CCQ2A series dual power switching system
With the development of society, people's demand for power supply reliability is also increasing. Many fields use two independent power sources to ensure normal power supply, so a device that can automatically switch between the two power sources is needed to ensure uninterrupted power supply. The CCQ2A dual power automatic switching device is a second-generation device that has been redeveloped based on the original CCQ2 dual power automatic switching device, effectively reducing the height of the product. This product can not only switch between two power sources, but also adopts single motor control. Its characteristics are simple structure, easy operation, and reliable performance. This product has two switching functions: self switching and self resetting, and self switching and non self resetting. It detects the two power sources of the three-phase four wire power grid. When any one of the power sources is abnormal, it can automatically switch from the abnormal power source to the normal power source; Products used in power grid generation systems can also emit power generation signals. Therefore, it is a dual power automatic switching device with complete performance, safety and reliability, high degree of automation, and wide range of applications.
CCQ2B Intelligent Dual Power Control System
This product is an upgraded version of the original CCQ2A dual power automatic switching device. In this product, a microcomputer and a fully Chinese interface operating system have been introduced, thus solving some technical problems that were not solved by the original CCQ2A product. This product has two switching functions: self switching and self resetting, and self switching and non self resetting. It performs real-time detection and display of the effective values and phases of the three-phase voltage of the two power sources supplied by the three-phase four wire power grid. When any phase experiences overvoltage or undervoltage (including phase loss), it automatically switches from the abnormal power source to the normal power source; The product used in the power generation system of the power grid can also emit power generation and unloading signals, automatically communicate with the upper computer and perform remote control. Therefore, it is a dual power control system product with complete performance, safety and reliability, easy operation, high degree of intelligence, leading technical level in China, and wide range of applications.
