The YWZ18 series new electric hydraulic brake is a new type of external double tile block brake suitable for use in AC 50Hz, 380V networks; Mainly used as a deceleration and braking device for various mechanical drive devices in industries such as lifting, metallurgy, mining, ports, and transportation.

Innovation points;  
The brake pads and brake pads adopt a card insertion structure, which is reliable to install, easy to replace, and has positional flexibility;  
The structure is equipped with a chain type equal clearance device to ensure that the brake has equal clearance on both sides during use, avoiding the phenomenon of one side of the brake pad floating against the brake wheel due to uneven clearance.  

The YWZ18 series new electric hydraulic brake is equipped with self-lubricating bearings at the hinge point with relative swing, which has high transmission efficiency and long service life, and does not require lubrication during use;  
The brake spring is installed horizontally and equipped with a brake torque scale, which directly displays and adjusts the brake torque conveniently and intuitively;  
The brake arm and lever are integrated to ensure coordinated and consistent action when the brake is released and closed normally.
