The CCKX18D series air reinforced insulation type DC bus duct is a fully enclosed high-strength air reinforced insulation type bus duct. The upper and lower cover plates of the product shell are rolled into corrugated grooves, and the two side plates are rolled into dovetail shapes. The conductor is fixed along the entire length, making the overall structure of the bus duct strong and rigid enough to withstand the thermal stress and electric force generated by high short-circuit currents.
The current carrying conductor of the CCKX18 series bus duct with low temperature rise is made of electrical copper material that meets the GB5585.1-5585.3 standard, with a copper content of 99.9%. The contact surfaces of the conductor joints are tin plated or silver plated, ensuring good contact, low heat generation, and safe and reliable use.
The CCKX18 series bus duct with good insulation not only uses air insulation, but also uses a specially designed rubber insulation sleeve for full length insulation (the bus duct rubber insulation sleeve has obtained a national patent, patent number: ZL97239614.4), and adopts epoxy resin powder fluidized insulation.
Long life CCKX18 series bus duct adopts two insulation methods, which are internationally popular advanced insulation technologies, and belong to Class B insulation. The long-term working temperature can reach 130 ℃. It has high puncture resistance, impact resistance, flame retardancy, and anti-aging life of more than 50 years.
The CCKX18 series bus duct adopts a unique joint method for easy installation, and the plug-in movable joint (obtained national patent, patent number: ZL95207020.0) is used for the connection between various functional units.
The double-sided overlap method can double the overlap surface and reduce the contact resistance by half, thereby reducing the temperature rise of the bus duct.
Specially designed disc springs and single bolt fastening ensure pressure balance across the entire overlap surface.
The installation length between adjacent bus ducts can be adjusted to ± 12mm to compensate for errors in design and construction.
It can be extracted from between adjacent busbars without load to isolate the fault area and reduce the duration and scope of power outages.
The grounding reliable shell is designed as an effective grounding system, with a grounding resistance much lower than the standard specified value. It is also equipped with a 50% compatible grounding busbar (PE wire) for selection, ensuring the safety and reliability of the grounding system.
